VINTECHNA provides its customers with metal constructions made out of very thick plates, up to 150 mm. The product range spreads from small metal forms to thick container casings, cones, transition pieces, special profiles and weldments and other very complicated facilities.
All constructions are made on a basis of drawings.

The dimensions of the components are only restricted by transport considerations. Productions that cannot be transported or set up completely due to size, will be prefabricated in parts so as to assemble them on the installation site by the client.

We've got a cutting option up to 6 m length and the sheet metal bending options up to a length of over 15 m and as for the weights we can move pieces of up to 100 tons.

The facilities described can be produced in nearly all materials. The welds can be realized by means of various UP welding plants that will subsequently correspond to all procedure tests.
