Mechanical design of pressure equipment can be in compliance with ASME VIII Div.1, EN 13445, and AD 2000 Merkblaetter.

The facilities described can be produced in all kinds of materials and the production begins with cutting and edge preparation and goes then through forming, bending, machining, welding, heat treatment, surface preparation, leakage tests and ends with the delivery of goods.

Our services are completed by the laboratory's tests like

• Nondestructive tests: RT, UT, PT, MT

• Destructive tests: stretching tests, bending tests, hardener tests and resilience tests

• Examinations: radiographic, ultrasonic examination of forging and casting, ultrasonic thickness measurement, liquid examination, magnetic particle examination, etc.

Furthermore we render a surface protection, which can be done through

• Free blasting operations with metal grains, grid or electro corundum.

• Painting operations using AIRLESS equipment.

• Pickling & passivation.

The dimensions of the apparatus are only restricted by transport considerations. Productions that cannot be transported or set up completely due to size, will be prefabricated in parts so as to assemble them on the installation site by the client.
