mechanical tubes are produced without the least dimensional gap with outside diameters between 80 and 1,500 mm, wall thickness between 8 and 150 mm and length between 300 and 5,500 mm./p>

balls for ball valves are produced within the dimensional range from 6" up to 30" nominal size. The geometry can be spherical or shaped with external trunnions, for high pressure design.
rings and flanges can compete successfully with ring rolling or forging processes and they have several advantages. By the centricast process products can be produced with very thin wall thickness, for example 10 mm even. Furthermore the vertical centrifugation by which rings and flanges are made is very well suited for short lots of pieces, depending only on the mould availability.
cones which are made by vertical centrifugation process are suitable for horizontal centrifugal machines (decanters). Such products show outstanding mechanical properties, due to the compacting effect exerted by the centrifugal force both in the molten and solidifying stages.
