Our forgings are produced basing on the quality management system DIN EN ISO 9001. The regulations that we follow include ASTM, ASME, DIN and VdTÜV Blaetter and those of our customers' specifications.
We check the entire product creation process.
The main elements here are destructive tests such as tensile tests, hot tensile tests, notched bar impact tests, hardness tests, IK-tests, and non-destructive tests such as structural examinations, ultrasonic test and penetrant testing.
Our permanently refined manufacturing process that specializes in turning, milling and drilling work to highest quality standards focuses on the processing and surface finishing of materials.
With our CNC-controlled machines we can fulfil the most complex needs in perfect machining quality.
The forgings which are delivered are pre-machined or finished machined using the following:
